What this setup will do . Create a second WAN port, so you can hook up another provider for backup, and will change the active provider to the secondary, if ping fails to the provider's gateway. I am using a stock 10.03.1-RC6 x86 OpenWRT image on our main router. I install multiwan, qos, luci, multiwan/qos-related luci packages, and configure the multiwan and qos settings using luci. Multiwan seems to work great, equally distributing TCP sockets between the two connections.
